The Employers' Association of Rajasthan
The Employers’ Association of Rajasthan (EAR), established in 1964 by Dr. Kamal Nayan Bajaj, has grown steadily over 60 years. EAR unites employers across Rajasthan, including large industries, MSMEs, and sectors like banking, hospitality, and education.
Affiliated with FICCI and AIOE, EAR addresses members’ concerns with the government on industrial policies, taxation, and youth employability.
EAR has partnered with universities to improve employability skills, placing over 10,000 youths through its “Jobs Point” initiative. The EAR Welfare Foundation engages in CSR activities focused on societal upliftment and women’s empowerment.
For 18 years, EAR has organized the Best Employer Award Ceremony, recognizing excellence in industry and education. It also conducts workshops and training programs to support members’ professional growth and engages with authorities on issues impacting Rajasthan’s employers and industries.

National Institute of Personnel Management
The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), established on 15th March 1980, is India’s leading body for HR professionals, formed by merging the Indian Institute of Personnel Management (1948) and the National Institute of Labour Management (1950).
Headquartered in Kolkata, NIPM has 10,000 members across 53 chapters. As a non-profit, it promotes HR excellence through activities like its flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM), corporate training, and NIPM 4000-2016 certification for global HR standards.
NIPM’s annual National Conference (NATCON) features top HR leaders, and it regularly conducts seminars, workshops, and training. The Institute also engages with management students through Student Chapters and publishes the respected journal Personnel Today.
NIPM is dedicated to setting and redefining benchmarks for HR excellence and supporting professionals and organizations in reaching them.
